Services

All services begin with an intial/intake meeting that is complimentary. During this meeting I spend time getting to know the family and/or student/client requiring these services. We discuss interests, strengths, needs, and I take time to share what I do.  From there we talk about goals and how I can help these goals be achieved.  After the session the family will receive a brief report about what was discussed and then can determine if they would like to continue working with me.

Individualized Coaching

Individualized coaching allows me to work with a client on weekly basis or more to navigate their difficulty with executive functioning. We work to manage assignments, look at grades, create daily to-do lists, send emails to teachers or bosses, employ organization skills, advocate for services or accommodations needed in the school or work setting, and more. This is truly individualized based on the needs of the client. Included in this coaching is individualized Google Calendars, monitored "to-do" or checklists, email or text reminders, and any other services or materials a client requires to be successful. Separate parent or caregiver meetings can be set up upon request.

Personalized Materials

Creating and implementing materials can be overwhelming. I am here to make it more manageable and feasible! This service is mainly for individuals that do not require or are too young for coaching. After meeting with a parent or caregiver to discuss needs, I create materials that can be used at home to improve executive functioning skills. These materials may include but are not limited to individualized schedules, personalized to-do lists, visuals, picture schedules, and social stories. These materials are able to be modified and can be sent digitally or through the mail. Meetings to discuss progress or needs for new materials can be set up upon request.

Advocacy

Advocating for services and supports can be a challenging process. I am here to help! I can walk you through the process for getting services as well as advocating to make sure these services are received and appropriate accommodations are provided. Please reach out for more information.

Academic Tutoring

Reading services are available for all ages and grades. Math tutoring is available for pre-k - 7th grade. During the first few sessions a variety of informal assessments will be conducted to get a stronger understanding of your student's needs. Based on these assessments I will work with your student meet goals and make strides. A summary report is provided to parents/guardians after each session. Sessions are offered virtually all year round and in person from June 20 - August 15.
